Step 1. Click on the “Sign Agreement” Button below. This will open a new browser tab for you to view and fill out PPK’s enrollment form. After filling out the form, close that tab to come back to this page.Â
Step 2. Click on the “Purchase Membership” button below to make your purchase (you must fill out the agreement form before your membership will become active.Â
